Every office runs on High Speed Dedicated Fiber Internet Access with Enterprise Level Wifi and Cat 6E wiring throughout the building. Dedicated fiber means your connection isn't shared with the whole floor. It's there when you need it.
Each private office includes a Multi-Line Commercial Phone and Voicemail. You get a real business line, not a workaround. Scan to Email capabilities are also built in, so paperwork moves fast.
Private office members have 24-Hour Key Card Access, so your schedule is yours to set. The premises are secured with recorded surveillance. Lock up and leave whenever you're ready.
A lot of our members came here because working from home stopped working. The amenities above are designed to remove every small friction — the dropped call, the slow connection, the printer that isn't networked. You walk in, sit down, and the room is ready. The Pay-Per-Print Networked Copier, Fax, and Printer is shared across the building, so you only pay for what you actually print. The conference room has a Computer and LCD Display already set up for client presentations. Bring your agenda, not your equipment.
Virtual office members at The Village Suites get access to a professional Rice Village address at 2525 Robinhood St. — the same building, the same staff, the same neighborhood. Plans start with the Address Package and scale up to include a Live Receptionist and Meeting Room access at different tiers. Staffed hours run Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, so someone is here when your clients call. It's a real office presence without committing to a full private suite.

Offices range from 70 sq ft for a single person up to 200 sq ft for several. Meeting rooms seat 6 (Level 1) and 8 (Level 2); our largest conference room seats 8.
